WHAT IS THE ROAD TO ISTOPIA?

Istopia is the ideal state of being for Chris White.It is a conceptual world in which all of his goals have been fulfilled, and everything is perfect. If one agrees with the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer, such a world, even if it were reachable, would be quite boring indeed. For this reason, it is perhaps for the best that Isto is perpetually on the path to Istopia. He is accompanied in his travels by comic troubadours Bing Crosby and Bob Hope, who break into song whenever the occasion demands it, and make short work of all the villainous crooks Isto encounters with a quick game of pat-a-cake. Dorothy L’Amour is usually around to spice up Isto’s adventures with some exotic romance. The Road to Istopia is a fun road, and was adapted for the concert hall as Chris White’s Senior Recital at Wesleyan University on March 30, 2006. A splendid time was had by all. Drinks were provided by Shirley Temple.
